  • 3/4 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package of SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Quinoa Brown Rice with Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup snipped dried apricots
  • 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

DIRECTIONS

    Heat oven to 400°F.

    On large baking sheet, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Bake 25–30 minutes or until tender, stirring halfway through roasting.
