Microgreens will be ready to harvest about two to three weeks after planting. The first set of "true leaves" is a sign of readiness. Use your scissors and snip the greens just above the soil line. Store remaining cut microgreens in a plastic bag in your refrigerator.
Bought this and started same day. Farmers markets are dying down so thought to try growing myself. Covered while sprouting. Then uncovered and they greened right up. Adding them to khichari for a well balanced meal. Next trying basil & oregano sprouts to add to Italian dishes. Thank you for fresh organic!
