Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cups chopped kale leaves
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup, cut into 1-inch pieces, green onions
  • 1 (8-ounce) package SEEDS OF CHANGE® Sweet & Sour Simmer Sauce
  • 1 (8.5-ounce) package SEEDS OF CHANGE® Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup fresh zucchini noodles or spirals

Directions

  1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat.
  2. Add kale, carrots, and green onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp tender (6 to 8 minutes).
  3. Add SEEDS OF CHANGE® Sweet & Sour Simmer Sauce packet; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (2 to 3 minutes).
  4. Heat SEEDS OF CHANGE® Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic according to package directions.
