  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 package (8.5 ounces) SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Seven Whole Grains
  • 1 container (10 ounces) refrigerated light Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 medium summer squash, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tsps. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 can (5 ounces) solid white tuna in water, drained
  • Fresh dill
  • Lemon wedges

For more tuna flavor, use a large can (12 ounces) of solid white tuna.


  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook and stir mushrooms, onion, celery, red pepper and garlic in oil 5–7 minutes or until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in vegetable broth, squash, pea pods and dill.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat; simmer 5–7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Seven Whole Grains, tuna and Alfredo sauce.
  6. Cook and stir 2–3 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh additional dill; serve with lemon wedges.
