Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Veggie Flatbread

Ingredients

  1. 1 pouch Seeds of Change™ Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer Sauce
  2. 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  3. 1-pound ball of fresh pizza dough or prebaked fresh or frozen pizza shell

Suggested mix of vegetables:

  • 1 Baby bok choy, sliced
  • 1⁄2 cup Napa cabbage, sliced
  • 1 Baby cucumbers, sliced
  • 1⁄4 cup edamame, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 8 mint leaves, torn
  • 2 cilantro sprigs, leaves removed
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  1. Preheat your oven to 450° F. If using fresh dough flatten and form into a 12-14 inch circle.
  2. Spread half of the pouch of Seeds of Change™ Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer Sauce evenly over the dough and bake on pizza stone or sheet pan for 10 minutes. Remove from oven to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Top cooked flatbread with your desired vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with remaining sauce if desired.
