Ingredients

  • 1 package (8.5-ounce) SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Seven Whole Grains
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 cup peeled, julienned carrots
  • 1 cup red onion pieces
  • 1 package (8-ounce) SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer Sauce
  • 2 tbsps. sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced celery

Directions

  1. Place steak and ½ package (4-ounces) of SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer Sauce in plastic zip-top bag.
  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
  5. Place steak on grill, cover, and cook 5 minutes.
  6. Turn over steak and continue cooking until center is pink about 4–5 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut steak across grain into slices; set aside.
  8. Meanwhile, heat oil in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat.
  9. Add carrots, celery and onion.
  10. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp tender (5–6 minutes).
  11. Add remaining half of SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer Sauce packet; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until sauce is heated through (2–3 minutes).
  12. Heat SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Seven Whole Grains according to package directions.
  13. To serve: place warm SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Seven Whole Grains on plate and surround with meat slices and vegetables.
  14. Garnish with radishes and bean sprouts if desired.
