Ingredients

  • 1 cup of organic microgreens
  • 1 organic ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ tbsp. organic olive oil
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 organic blood orange, supremed or peeled and chopped
  • 4 slices organic bread
  • ½ tsp. SEEDS OF CHANGE™ SIZZLE STARTER™ Minced Garlic or 1 clove chopped garlic

Directions

  1. Toast the bread. Mash together the avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper and spread over the toast.
  2. Supreme the blood orange over a medium bowl to catch the juice and then rough chop the segments. Stir in garlic, olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the microgreens to the bowl and toss all together.
  3. Top avocado toast with dressed microgreens salad and finish with chopped walnuts.
