I was really excited to see that Costco had some brown basmati rice that was easy to cook. However, my first experience with this brand was repulsive! I heated one package up and it smelled so bad when I took it out of the microwave. Once I fully opened the package, something disgusting was inside! I don’t think it was bad rice, but could have possibly been a fish or some other creature! The other 4 bags were fine, but honestly, we couldn’t even eat any of the good rice, and basically lost our appetites! I don’t live very close to Costco, so I obviously won’t take the foreign object back for a refund, but might try to return the remaining bags when I go next month. You need to do some quality checks on your factory and product! This was horrible and you definitely lost me as a customer!

Was excited to see costco had the organic brown basmati rice in stock last week. So I bought 2 cartons. Unfortunately I think something has gone wrong with these. They smell bad and taste really bad. Not at all like the ones before. Returning them as soon as I can get back to costco. Soooo disappointed. Not just a little smell but a lit when you heat it up.
