Love the scent and has many uses. I have dried the leaves and use them crushed with other homegrown herbs. Be aware that this plant spreads easily and can become invasive. I started (in Maryland) with a small plant which grew as a circular bush and spread until I had 4 rather large bushes of lemon balm and many, many offshoots vying for their place.
