We do our very best to avoid back orders. You will not be charged for any additional shipping costs resulting from a back order.

Crop Failure
All of our seed is grown by a dedicated network of family-owned and certified organic farms. Due to the whims of Mother Nature, we will occasionally experience a crop failure and be unable to fulfill your order for a particular seed or live plant. We thank you for your understanding.

Warranty
Seeds of Change® hereby states, as its sole and express warranty, that the seed it sells will conform to only label descriptions that are required by state and federal seed laws. Seeds of Change® disclaims and make no other warranties, express or implied. Further, Seeds of Change® disclaims any liability for any and alleged seed-borne diseases. The liability of Seeds of Change® for breach of guarantee (warranty), and loss or damage arising out of purchase and subsequent using or growing of its seeds, including losses from harvesting the produce of such seeds, and loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the dissatisfactory item or refund of the purchase price. Claims for defects in Seeds of Change® seeds must be presented to Seeds of Change® within 30 days of shipment.

Prices will reflect the most current version of our catalog or website. Seed orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Seeds and shipping prices are subject to change without notice.

Live plants are shipped when ready to plant. Please add separate shipping charges for each item and see the Live Plants shipping chart for timing of shipments and shipping method.

Oversize products may require an additional charge. Please call for rates. We ship only to the US, US Territories and Canada.

GMO Statement
All of our seed is certified organic and therefore certified to be free from GMO contamination. We take great care to produce seed crops in areas with as much isolation as possible from potential GMO (commercial) crops. In case where there could be any pollen migration (e.g., in corn or chards) DNA testing is conducted to ensure absence of any GMO material in any of our seed crops.
