This large, maroon-colored beefsteak tomato has been a staff favorite for years. It has gorgeous deep green shoulders, a green gel around the seeds, and reliably rich, full flavor. Originally from Russia on the Isle of Krim in the Black Sea. Excellent freshly sliced and drizzled with olive oil. Indeterminate (85-90 days).
