A strikingly beautiful and refined 6-8" purple carrot bred by John Navazio.  Deep reddish purple with a yellow orange interior, makes for an intresting contrast when sliced or peeled.  Slighlty spicy and sweet.  Good fresh, cooked or roasted. (70-90 days)
