Harvest Queen Muskmelon

Excellent flavor and quality. Thick rind opens to deep orange flesh which is sweet and firm. Powdery mildew and fusarium wilt resistant. A great keeper and easy to grow. Direct seed in garden in rows 4-6 feet apart when danger of frost has passed. Likes to be planted in clusters with 3-4 plants per group. Deeply fertile soil produces optimum yield of fruits. Enrich soil with compost. Watering tips. During germination, keep entire seedbed evenly. Harvesting tips. Stem turns brown and separates easily from the melon when ripe.
