Rainbow Inca Corn - Pack
Zea mays
Seeds of Change Original
7-9 ft. Tender Annual
Selected by Dr. Alan Kapuler in the 70s, this robust variety is a fascinating cross between a large, white, flat-seeded Peruvian chokelo; multicolored southwest native corns; and other heirloom sweet corns. Delicious fresh or cooked corn comes on an 8-9" ear that increases in color as it ages, making a superb flour corn when mature. 7-9' stalk.
